Ya He is a stat Wemby is just the 3rd player in NBA history to average at least 21 PPG 10.5 RPG 3.5 APG 1 SPG and 3.5 BPG the others prime Kareem who was 28 years old did it once and prime Hakeen who was 30 and 31 years old 2 of the greatest center of all time and Wemby is doing it as a 20 year old rookie. The clip where it was 3 v 1 with wemby alone on defence, and the 3 didn’t try and go up against wemby instead passed it around him for the bucket (San Antonio players didn’t hustle back) That showed that opponents will readjust to his wingspan and won’t be offering up shots to block in 2025, and thus his block stats may suffer.

wtf? How is his game different than we’ve ever seen? His height is the only outstanding attribute. If you’ve never seen game “like” this? You don’t watch enough and never played. I’m 6ft even. yes basketball skills are the same no matter your height, but you can't teach height and it gives you a significant advantage in the sport, plenty of "unskilled bigs" make it to the NBA which proves my point. What makes his game different is the fact that no one has ever been this tall and taken learning basketball skills seriously until wemby.
