That's not the main reason: It is unlikely we'll have another global pandemic in the next 4 years. The problem with Trump is everything Trump has promised: Retribution and revenge. Rather than fill his cabinet with Republicans from previous administrations, it'll be sycophantic loyalists. Without any adults in the room to stop Trump his worst impulses will become actions. I suspect it'll start with a war with Mexico and political opponents on day one. That said I don't think Trump will win, purely based on the Keys to the White House prognostication system.

That's an easy question. Yes, I am much better off now than I was 4 years ago. Across the board, finances, health, relationship... all better. It has virtually nothing to do with who is or was president. It was me making moves that improved my life. But it's easy to attribute hardship to someone who is just a name and title... more of an object than a person.

Indeed. But the fallacy here is a common one. The president doesn't impact the economy on his first day in office and his influence doesn't end the day the successor takes office. Ignoring that, there really isn't much of a reasonable debate to be had that Biden's rather more tempered attitude is better long term. Pouring too much money onto the top end of the system doesn't do anything significant for consumers, meaning demand doesn't really change, meaning the growth multiplier for such stimulus is generally very limited. Stuff money into the bottom and middle class, they'll spend all of it, meaning demand goes up, meaning production to satisfy demand has to happen, meaning lots of transactions, meaning lots of value added across the value chain, meaning growth. That's just how things work. Of course there's a potential for an inflationary effect when pouring money into the bottom, which is why it has to be done with care. Of course, there's also a very big inflationary effect of the EU having to resource their gas and oil supply away from Russia, in turn massively ramping up global demand on non-Russian gas and oil.
