I am into real estate business from last 20 years. My Suggestion never buy prop in any tourist destination. I go for vacation 4 times in a year means after every 3 months. Sometimes Goa , Kerala, Himachal, Uttrakhand and Srilanka. Always better to go and relax and enjoy in different places and come back to your commercial city work , earn and again go out.
