Everything you guys need to know: if you have the fx skeleton trimmer the tool used in this video should’ve came w. only adjust the screws on top Do not and I repeat DO NOT negative gap your clippers (blade overexposed) it will cut the shit out of you or your client After zero gapping the clippers you need to put the time in and adjust to the feel of the trimmers because they’re gonna cut effortlessly meaning that you’re not gonna be pressing so hard on the skin. Do not use these to creat guidelines, it’s gonna make it hard ash to get out (especially if you’re not so experienced w cutting) I use mine specifically for edge ups, so before doing this you wanna have a 2nd trimmer in your arsenal

Make the line and use the same trimmer hitting the line against the grain with the blade at a angle and it will knock that guideline right out leaving it ready for the blend

@@dolbowen150 exactly! But then again if I’m a beginner trying to follow these steps I’d more than likely end up pushing my fade too far; ruining the cut. But I would def recommend trying this step on a self cut to get the motion down pack.

It’s not going to pinch your forearm or flat skin cmon bro. Instead use the corners of the blade on the skinny bones you have on your wrist that’ll really test that you won’t pinch under your clients ears. Moving Blade should be just under the other. Yw 🎉

Yes but make sure the top teeth line up with the bottom teeth or they will cut you …you want the top teeth lining up with the button teeth or slightly before the tip of the bottom teeth… honestly if you zero gapped them and not skilled enough they still will cut you …once you zero gap your trimmers you gotta have a light hand zero gapping is for the pro’s ..most people try it and learn the hard way

@@bigspeaker781trust me once you do it correctly.... And depends on the blade. If you have the original blade the old trimmers they good. But the new ones are a mixture. That are super sharp. All around. For bulk line ups and never overheats. But I mod my and is t outiners with them. Had the original blade. Only really for kids. Upgraded with the deep blade with the gamma blades. Great. But bulk wasent meant to get hair off the sides. Finally went with these GAME changer. No tugging the over heating.. Which is the issue I had with the t outliners. But the actual body still overheats not sure why. But the actual head of the trimmer can be 2 hrs and barky warm.
