Work From Home or WFH has become an essential in the current COVID-19 situation, but for someone with a chronic illness, like me, work from home has been my only realistic option. It's been 15 years of figuring out my WFH process and today I share that with you through three easy segments.
If you have a process that you would like to share then please do. The comments section is all yours.

I live with emotional and physical pain on a frequent basis, I've been working from home as a small business for over 20 years. The older I get I'm learning I will have to build a second career that allows me to work from home and that adds variety in my lifestyle.

Aaah yes!! I make sure I do that too. Especially a hot shower before bed helps relax the muscles for sleep too.

Your videos are so leveling. I came across one of your healing after Endo surgery videos and I loved the authentic approach towards your healing. I was down on myself because surprisingly so called close people around me laughed at me for not going back to work early and after watching so many videos with women smiling and making videos about feeling like rainbows a week after surgery. I love that you emphasized on the fact we're all unique have different health from one another so we're not all going to heal bionically. You motivated me to continue my search for better doctors. I am on my ,3rd gyno and I am going to continue firing and hiring my if needed until I find someone not only a doctor who has not only the know ledge but also the compassion to administer the proper care. Thank you always for your content ❤️

@@nixontaurus1984 Thank you for sharing this - I'm really glad my video has helped - it encourages me to keep at it. it's very easy to add undue pressure upon ourselves when we see others supposedly coping / looking better. I do love how you say you're "firing and hiring" doctors!! I really hope you find a good one. :)

Hi... I'm a tarot reader too!! I have found that tarot reading just like other such mediums require us to use a lot of our mental, emotional and spiritual energy. This can be further draining when we're unwell. So although I am on a break right now but I have found giving client realistic timelines of when I'll send them the email reading, and pacing between readings - as in not scheduling them too close all helped me. And also, don't forget that saying "no" you're not feeling upto it is all allowed. If you're kind to yourself, it will reflect in your readings and your ability to do justice to your clients. Good luck :)

I obviously am not in a similar boat but as far as working from home is concerned, I try to keep a lot of my work before any of the other stuff. So by 12 noon, I have gotten a lot of my work done. 50% of the work in 25% of the time before the energy flags and efficiency goes down.

@@SuneerChowdharySport That's a really good idea. By doing this, there is already a sense of accomplishment early on in the day and that really helps the mental state, especially when you work from home and are a freelancer. Thank you for sharing Suneer.

@@jasonherterich2751 thank you for watching :) . Yes the thing about showering is so simple but creating rituals and I guess patterns would be a better word help create habits that help the body prepare of your day ahead. I also think these simple habits help to control flareups because we're respecting the body and not shocking it with sudden changes.

My life is hell and nobody understands. I have no support, whatsoever. My chronic illnesses are severe , I get no medical help, I live alone, I have no proper diagnoses, I have only been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and a skin disease called Prurigo Nodularis, I'm a faile, unattractive, undeveloped, unqualified, unemployed Indian woman born and living in England but never considered British, I have severe pains all over, I have severe itching all over, I am always tired despite all my rest, spare time and mot a busy schedule at all,I am a non driver, I have no friends, exercise never helps, nobody believes all the efforts I put in, I am rotting away unlike any other, in such a bad state, and I want to die. Normal people don't understand how easy and good they have it, to be able to study, work, drive, travel, socialise, marry, have children, rub businesses, earn and save, enjoy life. I never had, don't have and never will have any of that !

It's horrible that you have to go through so much. It'll be very easy for me to comment and tell you how you must look at the positives and how you must change your mindset. I'm definitely not in your situation but I know for me, what helps me is accepting and working with what I have - I try to look at each condition and see what I can do to help myself - whether its a combination of anti-inflammatory food, the medication, holistic / alternative treatment, physiotherapy, and also what I consume for my mental health - such as what I read and watch. None of this "cures" me, but it does help my health and it empowers me that I can still have some say with my body. I hope somewhere this helps you.

@@shawnmcanthony5724 After hearing her explanation, telling her to smile because she's alive is not really a sensitive comment. She literally said she is so miserable bc of her illnesses that she wants to die. Imagine being in that kind of pain all the time without relief. That is something most people just can't handle. That kind of constant suffering takes a HUGE mental, emotional and physical toll, ESPECIALLY when you have to endure it all completely alone like she does. Most people have no idea how heavy her burdens are.
