My strategy: 1. Go hunting for some car drops in a Beetle. 2. Get a decent car drop. 3. Try to avoid the other cars. 4. Get challenged by a douche in a level 10 car. 5. Get an actually decent start. 6. Hit a tree and lose.

50% car, 30% strategy, 15% map knowledge, 5% tree diameter assessment factor (can i drive through it...yes, yes, yes, oh. No)

as someone who is very bad in online multiplayer modes in racing games... my 3 elim wins (and so many 2nd or 3rd) are because of DUBS and his videos (tips) use these tips and you will join eliminati :D

Hey Dubs, let's put our differences aside for a moment because I do believe it benefits your channel. A video of yours emerged on my feed and you were talking about the direction of the channel and frustrations with horizon 5. You mentioned not doing top 1000's anymore because of the cheating which we all agree is certainly prevalent in this game. But yesterday in 3 different cars I was able to snag many top 1000's, but I also snagged top 200 spots and one top 100. This is important because if I'm doing this, you can even do better because you adapt to builds better than I do. It takes you a few runs and I sweat it out for hours! LOL.. I'm just saying give it a try, you may be surprised how well you do. I'm just using an original Xbox One and Original Controller. LOL..

Funny enough, after watching so many of your eliminator videos, I noticed and used a lot of your tricks and I have done A LOT better.

What I use in this game mode is the trap trick where you sit at the edge of the arena and try to trick someone into thinking they are going in the right direction when they’re not

Me and my buddies always have a good time when we go to road races and we all try and build the fastest D class or C class (super horrible cars)

I’ve yet to win one goddamn round lol

Took me like 130 attempts

In the canyon region take the railroad tracks, shave minutes off, avoid all the mountains in the directions you don't have straight road access

4:45 I'm pretty sure you can't drive up the volcano in the Bettle. I think even anything lower than lvl4 won't do it. But it was long time since my last attempt. Finish point in head to head is not RNG. 9/10 it will be in direction of Final Circle. And there are 10? 12? fixed Final Circles. Worth to mention is Volcano Final Circle. There is one head to head finish point that is placed 300m from where you start - I think it was in one of your last videos where you tried to avoid incoming car and you lost. And on extra note: IMO best way to get down (if you are in quick car) from from Volcano FC is to use that path that is shown at the beginning of this video.

Great video, but I doubt it will help much with my awful driving. ☹️ (The nearest I got to winning is still the time I kept the Beetle to get the Pacifist accolade. I just guessed a direction and went well before the final showdown started. Nearly worked.)

I really like this game and most of its gamemodes but i cant stand The Eliminator. I dont know why i just cant get into it.

It's annoying. It's only fun if you can stop from caring about the results. As soon as you care about winning, you will hit a pebble and flip end over end 50 times, or get stuck between two trees.

Can you tell something about the drops? In a few games that I played (I don't really like it, but I guess I needed daily or seasonal points) I only have found 0 or 1 drop per game.

What? As in drops in the eliminator? They’re random. There are areas where some of the spawns for drops are more condensed but still random

@@DUBSmb Yes indeed, the cardrops by the drones. You can't win the Elimanator in the Beetle. But I always get challenged before I can upgrade my car.
