I suggest you upgrade first talents to level 20, especially attack and defense ones. You can upgrade in any order. For example: [Defense > Melee > Resources > Bow] then upgrade Lifesteal talents (general and melee) then the next as follows

Idk i feel like 300 isnt that low. It really depends on which talents use. But probably the best advise is to improve on your pvp skills and avoid being hit while attacking. It will give you a major advantage

I have bad talent so I use almost all of my knowledge in the game to win such as 12 CPS PvP if I'm desperate to win a fight and focus on tapping on the enemy (what does this mean?) Instead of spamming your clicks I try to predict movements of the enemy and click on the enemy a bit slower than usual and eventually I'm winning almost all the rounds I play.
