Our next dalgona experiment is using a traditional chasen (bamboo whisk)! By slowly adding the cream while whisking with ASAGAO / Chasen, the end-result is a fluffy, delightful Genmaicha-flavoured dalgona! As expected, nothing is impossible with our ASAGAO / Chasen.
