If you’ve a very cold environment (working in an air conditioned room) you can use 1:2 cream to water. So it’ll depend on the room temperature. So what I mostly give out is 1:1 ratio. So with this video, you can have a better insight and understanding on how I whipped it till I got the consistency.

Some bakers can get a 2 tier cake, a big cake or a 3tier cake with that. so not so sure what you’re going to get. but once you’re done, you can whip them in batches then use them to frost the cake

to dissolve the granules in our whipped cream and also increase the volume. Once water is adding gradually and mixed well, it’ll dissolve all the granules in our cream and increase the volume of the cream.

Hi am Elisa I have been using fino whip powder for the cakes but recently I discovered that when I finished bitting the fino whip powder it start to melt how can I prevent it from melting

I don’t know the brand you’re talking about but please freeze your mixing bowl and whisk attachment before whipping. and if it’s a powdered cream do whip it up with chilled water that has ice in it. and if it’s liquid, please make sure it’s very chilled before whipping it up. Thanks 🙏🏽
