I would have loved to see some models over 50 in your presentation.

I wear normal shorts and I’m in my 60’s I don’t think it has to do with age it’s about our own figure and owning it with pride .

I’m abroad right now so seven hours ahead - I caught part of this video live (first time!) literally as I walked in to my apartment with the super expensive and gorgeous linen shorts I just bought. I’m 61, and I can’t wait to wear them!!

I was SCOURING info to find some good white shorts last week! Finally gave up and cut off a pair of white jeans of mine. So thank you for this video! I'm going to try the target brand but if I don't like them I will try one of the higher end ones you suggested. Thank you❤❤❤

I am tall with long legs, so finding the right length is tricky, because mid-thigh length on shorter women are short-shorts on me. Unfortunately, most longer shorts are cut very close to the leg. A most unflattering alternative!

You are lucky to be tall, but that is a challenge. Hopefully this season you will have an easier time finding shorts the right length that are not tight as fuller shorts are in style right now. Knowing that inseam length is the most important part of shorts for all of us. Thanks for the comment!

Thank you so much for the sweet comment! Glad that you found this helpful. Skorts are trendy right now so we will be seeing them everywhere, but I really think of those as more of an athletic or athleisure look. They are really cute for casual wear, but do not dress up as easily as a tailored pair of shorts.

Lovely white shorts

I like wearing shorts for walking or running errands, so my lifestyle would not warrant buying linen or linen blend and spending $168.00(?) for shorts. The ones you showed from Target ($25.00) look fine and will probably go on summer sale soon. I am petite and as you recommend, mid thigh length is best.

Thank you Nada! Some of us do need to wear Bermuda shorts due to cellulite and scars. What would you recommend to make wearing bermudas more flattering?

Thank you so much for the comment! The best Bermudas are going to be tailored, but not baggy and not tight. Make sure that they had a nice spot on your leg because that’s where people will look. Usually this is not just above the knee but a bit higher

Neda, I am a thick thigh-petite lady I need the shorts to be 6-7” long. I love skorts are they in for us or are they in Frumpville Valley for us?

You should definitely wear them to a length that you are comfortable with. Usually the best spot is where the thigh starts to get narrower. I would just not wear them directly above the knee as a petite and not too tight. But you can definitely wear them at a length you are comfortable in!

I have been loading in the skorts for a couple of years now. Amazon has a fantastic array of the in all different lengths, some with super clever pockets. I have even see one with leggings instead of shorts-a cool weather possible? And I have never had a problem returning the odd one or two that didn’t work for me. Plus, once I steam the original creases out, they are wash and go. I love the low maintenance!

I like to have a few shorts around but I don't wear them enough to pay a lot for them. I have some chinos. Hope they don't look like man shorts! They aren't beige.

I agree $130 for a pair of shorts that I might wear twice during the summer….? Too Expensive!!

Over 50 looks to me totally displaced to wear shorts.And there is no way a decent woman can look correct in this attire Sorry. Truth is not always agreeable to hear 😢
