I have a tencel denim dress from J Jill that I purchased 5 years ago and have never worn because it always looked to plain by itself. I love the look of the bright pink jacket and the white and blue denim jackets. Wearing with black leggings also looks smart. I’m a Texas girl also and don’t laugh---I’m 88 years old and love your channel.

Love the J.Jill denim dress! Thank you for the reminder of such a versatile piece. I know this is not normally a "work wear" channel but here in our small town and it works. I'm at the front desk of a law firm and I am woman with "many hats" and I like being comfortable but also appropriate, professional and approachable. The "duster" option is fantastic for transitioning to the wine bar down the block after work and super darling rodeo look! Hoping they get more petite in soon.

Yes I have a denim dress I love denim dresses, mine is A-line with a half zip front and roll sleeves it's not short falls below the knees, it's made by Ann Klein it's very flattering for an older woman!

The thin belt over the sweater looked pretty. I thought the white denim jacket and the darker wash denim jacket looked pretty. The boots with the wide sparkly belt looked so fun. I find it sad and embarrassing that someone would challenge you and felt that I wanted to let you know that you are also appreciated. Also, I love the denim dress that you wore in this video.

There are some styles I shared that would work great with a baby belly-but even the one I’m showing would work over leggings and just buttoned a little bit at the top.

In Austin, totally love the boots! I don't have a denim dress b/c I can't find a way to wear them that I like. I'm more of a fit and flare type of girl.

I had a demin dress I got from Kohls when I worked and I LOVED it. I could wear any color shoe and remember those infinity scarves? I’d put that on. BTW my son bought a Stetson hat for the Houston rodeo and ANOTHER pair of boots. (Buys clothes just like his mom 😂). Great video

I find these dresses hard to style, so I love this! Thanks Marnie, and you look great! I definitely prefer the more casual looks. The mic you wore was distracting though 😕 I think we could hear your heart beat there for a few seconds lol among lots loud bursts and muffled sounds throughout.

The blousey look with the thin belt was not flattering at all. It looked better before you bloused it. Loved the dark denim jacket over the dress, liked the dress as a coat bun not belted and bloused. Loved the western look (used to have a horse). Lots of great ideas for all preferences. I'm not much of a dress wearer at all but would consider at least trying on this dress. Thanks so much

I love a denim dress! That said, I have gained too much weight and the style that I like is not available in plus sizes. This is typical, though. I love this dress on you. You can wear anything!
