Thanks for the vid. I ruined a bunch of microfiber towels after washing them and putting a fabric softener sheet in the dryer. Whatever it left on the towels would transfer over to my car windows. I have washed them over and over but it won't come off the towels. So that is why I am here looking @ vids to see what liquid detergent I can use on my new microfiber towels. I was thinking of using SalSuds from Dr. Bronners, what do you think?

Isn't your dryer going to have residue from previous uses of dryer sheets? Would it be a good idea to maybe run the dryer empty on hot temperature, maybe put in an old towel to clean that stuff out?

Since detergents have oils in them I just stick them in a bag with isopropyl alcohol. It absorbs oils and cleans them just fine and the alcohol evaporates quickly

I'm in a pinch. I want to use my microfiber clothes tomorrow but they need to be washed. If I use regular detergent this time but go back to the one you suggest (which is the one I used before but I'm out now) will that work. O does one time washing with regular ruin the clothes. I'm over thinking how to type this out so I hope I;m being clear.
