very good video , but I think easier way would be to just bake everything, you bake the high poly to low poly, you can also bake the ambient occlusion, and baking is so much easier with a really cool FREE addon to bake: principled baker

How can i export this redbull model with normal maps we created

I use 3.6.5 so for me it is W, but if you press N in edit mode you will get a menu on the side where you can find all the tools. You also have to activate the add-on in edit>preferences>addons
