Cleo IsWeird It's not necessarily based on City Folk. According to the Punch-Out stage you mentioned, he's almost certainly based upon his New Leaf appearance. I see no reason why the others are more likely, because in the Animal Crossing games there isn't a fixed avatar; its appearance changes depending on what you say in the beginning.

What's the difference between For Fun and For Glory, you ask? For Glory is basically just For Fun, but with more people playing as Fire Emblem characters, such as, Marth, Ike, Roy, Roy, Lucina, Robin, and Corrin. (I hate people who play as Fire Emblem characters...)
