You submitted Passport for ID and Address, does your Passport has the complete address ? I want to verify my UK Google Play, I have Driving Licence and Bank Statement so can I submit Driving Licence again in the address verification as it has the complete address

I can't verify my playconsole developer account because at the country level, I don't see my country where I reside, I only see the USA, is playconsole only for American citizens? how do I provide proof of address when I'm not American ?

my developer account is verified with my friend id now google wants verification again i have only 1 side of the id card of my friend can we edit the back side and give it for the verification because my friend is not giving me and i have a 2nd question if my friend create a console with same id will my account will be blocked?

just change name in payment profile and other places of account with the new name you have documents of. google will ask to verify again, submit the new docs

@MoeMoe-qr7od hii No, the second time i used passport and a fake bank invoice (i downloaded a bank invoice screenshot and edited it) Look as long as the second document has your name/passport numbers and an address and date, it will work If you can't get any documents, just use a fake/well edited bank invoice Note: If you edit it roughly, they might find out so be careful

I see that you used the fake bank invoice to verify the address, which makes me think you don't have your own bank account and instead used someone else's card for the $25 registration fee (correct me if I'm wrong). When verifying your identity, did you fill out the details with your own information or with the cardholder's information? I used my brother's card for the payment.
