Let me guess, people started complaining that their brakes were squeaking, especially the carbon ceramic brakes. Porsche had to make a video similar to this telling people you own a sports car, it makes noises like that

from what I’ve heard and seen in other videos, carbon ceramics make the distinctive squeaking noise because these are meant to be operated at high temperatures which is usually not the case in normal city driving. These brakes stop squeaking when operated at high temperatures and that’s when they perform at their maximum capacity.

What made me feel uncomfortable was not the noise was the £7000 sterling pounds bill to replace the frond discs and pads at only 28k miles due to a disc failure where a bit of the disc decide to fly away ! Rubbish brakes ! Extremely temperature stable my ass ! Robbery ! Where too much is right ?!?! LOL what a shamble !!

It is very funny and embarassing that they dont mention that these super hyper ceramic brakes are useless and bullshit...i own bmw m5 f10 competition and i was driving on the highway during rainning more than 100km and sudenlly u needed to brake from 110km/h to 50 km/h and guess what ?!!...thay didnt brake at all after 6 times of the pushing the pedal to the floor and they didnt brake as well...so my summary? Ceramic brakes are expensive useless bullshit and even dangerouss....

Poor quality that's what I call it. Visit your local dealer and they will try so hard to sell you new break pads and discs that will make the same noises as your old not worn out pads and discs 😂😂😂😂

It has nothing to do with quality. Brake noise is a normal byproduct of high performance brakes. Period.
