- use your wheelchair safely
- turn your wheelchair, and go up and down kerbs
- fold your wheelchair when you are not using it
- put your wheelchair in a car or van

There is an error, the adjustment of the leg rest shown in the video is to the angle and height, not as stated the length of the leg rest!
The wheelchair was too wide for this lady. A seat cushion should be used if the chair is not being used for a brief transit. It is easier to turn a self-propelled chair by pulling one wheel hand rim backwards, rather than by pushing the other rim forwards. Or use both actions simultaneously 🙂 .
How was that self propelled that lady looked like her arms barely reached over the arm rest. I am disabled and need a self propelled chair fro around my home
