不客气 :) 又～又～structure is actually trickier than one would normally think. I hope it was helpful.

In English, we could say "This dog is both small and cute" or just say "This dog is small and cute" (omitting the word "both"). But in the Chinese translation 这只狗又小又可爱 I don't think the first 又 can be omitted. I think that when 又 is used only once, it means something like 真 ("really", "very") but I think it's usually in a negative sense. So » 这只狗又可爱 would be unusual for "This dog is really cute" but 这只狗又丑 should be okay for "Is this dog ever ugly"
