This is a very informative video about seizures. Each one is different and no two people will experience the exact same seizure.
My mam has had epilepsy since I was a toddler. I'm learning about the brain in psychology but feel as if I'm really learning what epilepsy is. It wasn't explained to me properly, but maybe I can help my mam more now.

I don’t have seizures but I used to get olfactory hallucinations of popcorn.
Kinda counterintuitive to put flashing in a video for epilepsy patients for crying out loud.
