Hi, both are popular. But after the initial set-up, Google Meet would be better for easier UX and more free meeting time range. (In our opinion).

Can one upload pdf lessons or PowerPoint lessons with tutor pms?

Dear viewer, you can upload PDF lessons and PowerPoint files as well. When you're editing or creating a lesson, scroll down and you'll find the "Upload Attachments" button. Click on that, and you can upload PDF and PowerPoint files there. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your great effort. I have some questions. I would be very happy if you gave the answer. 1. Could we configure a separate Google Meet account for each instructor like Zoom? 2. Could we send the class Zoom link or Google Meet link through WhatsApp or email automatically? 3. How can we take Student attendance in a live class or have any? Thanks!

Hi, Each instructor must connect their own Google Meet account to conduct live classes. The setup process is the same for everyone - docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/google-meet-integration/ For the other issues, it would be better if you contact their official support for the latest information.

I'd like to set up recurring classes, such as 'Aerial Yoga - Thursday Session 7-8 PM'. Manually creating each class isn't very admin-friendly. Additionally, a duplication function would be helpful so I don't have to re-enter the basic information every time. Is there any workaround for this?

Hi, In Tutor LMS Pro, you can duplicate a course from the backend course list. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Tutor LMS Pro > Courses. There, for each course, you'll see a "three-dot-menu" at the right side. Click the three-dot-menu and you'll get the duplication option. We hope it will be helpful. Hi! great video just a question whats the different between google meet and google classroom? which do you recommend to integrate google meet or zoom? you have another video with zoom and the different that I find is the time. Could you please recommend me one to integrate? thank you!!

On the other hand, Google Classroom helps you create and manage classes, assignments, and grades online. The Google Classroom addon in Tutor LMS simply helps you connect your Google Classroom with your Tutor LMS site. You can import announcements about assignments, quizzes, and shared resources. Likewise, the Google Meet addon helps you connect Google Meet with your Tutor LMS site. As Tutor LMS supports both, Google Meet and Zoom, you're free to use any platform you like. We would recommend using the platform that you're most comfortable with. This will be better as you'll be more familiar with the platform. Thanks.

Dear viewer, if you've reached your Google Calendar usage limit, you can do the following: 1. Invite fewer people to the event. 2. Try again later. 3. End your trial and convert to a paid account. For more information on this, you can visit your Google Developer Console and select Google Calendar API then click on the "Quotas & System limit" located in API/Service Details section. I did all the way same after submitting json file your account is activated but it is not working for me. And it is something the app is not permitted yet. Could you please me in this regards i am a tutor i don't have that much tech knowledge.

Did you also turn on the Google Classroom addon in Tutor LMS? Turning that ON might help.

Please could you help me? I tried to integrate tutor y google meet but I have the error Error 403: access_denied. I was tried to contact with support and nobody help me and Im not a developer. Could you pleeeease help me or give the "currectly" webside to create a ticket? Thank you so much in advance for any help you can give me!
