Hi I bought this machine, I can do leather and thin card, but I am having issues with thick packaging card and laminated documents, please can you advise best temperatures and how long I should press down on? my stamp is only 1cm by cm brass copper

hello friend, this stamping machine perfect for leahter, paper, wood, etc. For the paper, such as A4 paper, relatively thin and not hard paper.

how do you align the logo stamp @3:30 so that it stays upright and not slanted?

If work with hot foil paper, we suggest you use 100-125 degree, if stamp directly, we suggest you use 300 degree.

Hello friend, the temperature we set it's 100 degree for leather , 350 degree for wood , different material are according to different material, do you need this machine ? we suggest you use 300 degree to stamping genuine leather for about 1-2 seconds.
