Just had my 2018 CRV two weeks but I LOVE it. Still looking at video's and learning from all the excellent information. Was shown these things with purchase but it was a lot to take in.

This is only my second video I've watched from you but I am finding so many new things out about my little 2016 civic. Thanks for making your videos short too. Some people take too long and I don't bother watching them because of that. Thanks again. Great job! Praying you find success in your job!

@@gearedtowardsautomotive this particular method worked for me for yeas...but just recently all youtube videos won't play just a handful might...that would last for weeks and then for a day or 2 all videos would play again no problem...but then back to not playing most again

Hello Philip. I wish I could have asked you that question before. I bought the 2018 model and the CarPlay maps doesn’t work in full mode and my hope was to use WiFi in the car for Google maps instead. I would need to live with this for the next 5 years or until Honda and or Apple come with a better integration of software Happy holidays

So I followed your directions and got to the App/widget page but I don’t have browser there. I see three things app installer, calculator and downloads. How can I download browser?

Have a 2019 civic sport and I did everything you said but when I got to look at the browser I don't have it, only have app installer, calculator and downloads. At the top its on the app section the to the left I have widget with no options in it at all do I need to by pass to get browser ? Like a code

Thx Phil very helpful. On a separate note, it is possible to set up on the driver door handle to open all the locks and not just the driver door from the outside door handle? Right now the passenger front door handle opens all the locks.

Yes, it runs on Android (4.x) so you can sideload android apps. I've done it with my 2020 CR-V

I'd love to know how to install additional android apps to the 2017 Pilot's interface, at least google play store app.
