Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

How To Use the Unique Everything Attachments 55" Wicked Grapple Rake. Ted and Peanut show off the capability of our newest wicked grapple, the 55 inch root rake grapple for compact tractors. .
55” Wide. Weighs only 209 Pounds to MAXIMIZE Lift Capacity!
Free Shipping within 1,000 miles! Get yours here: www.everythingattachments.com/...
EA’s Newest Grapple Rake is a Breakthrough at just over 200 pounds. This is BY FAR the BEST strength to weight ratio in the industry.
Rated for tractors up to 45 horsepower, but the Incredibly strong construction with solid welds and added support in all the right areas gave us the confidence to test it on our 60HP Kubota L6060. Large bore cylinders create an impressive clamping force so you can efficiently hold rocks, logs, stumps and other debris for transport. Bolt-on, removable depth gauge runners allow smaller tractors to easily run the tines through the ground to remove roots and vines without going to deep in the ground. The runners also greatly add strength and support to the tines, which is necessary for use on larger tractors. The serrated upper and lower, laser cut AR400 tines are serrated for incredible gripping and ripping ability.
Available with Universal Quick Attach(SSQA), John Deere Quick Attach and some other pin on loader mounts.

    No need in sugarcoating it, right? We show you guys exactly what you'll get when buying from EA. The Wicked 55 grapple was strong and impressive from the beginning, but we've even made improvements since this video was made. The outer lid tines are now 3/8"(vs 1/4" originally) and the lid and lower grapple features thick wall DOM tubing, which runs through the tines for support and rigidity. This is, by far, the best grapple on the market for small compact tractors! We'll be glad to assist when you're ready.

    We also offer longer bottom models. For maneuverability I like the 60”. There’s little weight difference between all of them, so it really boils down to what you like. We definitely have a lot of them out there on tractors like yours. Single vs dual lid has about as much to do with personal preference as it does functionality. The single lid pics submitted by customers are impressive to say the least, but there are some situations where dual gets my vote. Dual lids clamp extremely awkward loads more efficiently and will grab loose material like firewood better. Prices are correct on the website. • @EverythingAttachments

    @EverythingAttachments

    Hello, we pondered a dual lid, but decided it isn't a good idea, for several reasons. If you split the lid and leave the two close together, something could get wedged between, which would cause bending. If you put enough space between them, to not have a wedge risk, it would not be good for grabbing finer debris, and not rake backwards as it now does very well. finally, it isn't a great idea to have a cylinder on one side of the lid, when comes to a dual lid grapple, so the rake geometry wouldn't work. On a rake style grapples, cylinders should be located on the back of the grapple, for optimal clamping force and raking ability. I hope this helps!

    What are the advantages of a dual vs. single lid grapple?

  • @EverythingAttachments

    @EverythingAttachments

    6 жыл бұрын

    Thanks for watching! The 55" Wicked Root Rake Grapple is absolutely the best grapple available for small compact and subcompact tractors. It takes lightweight grapple construction to the next level and maintains strength at the same time. If your tractor isn't dependent on the ultra light weight, you should easily be able to push our unobstructed long-bottom Wicked Grapple tines through the ground. You should be able to grab a larger pile of brush with the traditional Wicked style because you can cradle and physically fit more "inside" it.Single vs dual lid has about as much to do with personal preference as it does functionality. The single lid pics submitted by customers are impressive to say the least, but there are some situations where dual gets my vote. Dual lids clamp extremely awkward loads more efficiently and will grab loose material like firewood better. Check out the Original long bottom Wicked Grapples here: Single lid grapple www.everythingattachments.com/Compact-Tractor-Single-Lid-Wicked-Root-Grapple-p/eta-slrg.htm Dual lid grapple www.everythingattachments.com/Wicked-Root-Grapple-by-Everything-Attachments-p/eta-wrg-cmp.htm If you need a 3rd function kit to actuate the grapple, we have you covered there as well: www.everythingattachments.com/3rd-Function-Hydraulic-Kit-p/tra-3rd-funcl.htm Take $50 when buying the grapple and kit together.

    At the 43:54 mark you were "back dragging" with the lid of the grapple. I realize that you were testing out the strength of the grapple, but it is my understanding that this is NOT a good idea due to the fact that you could damage the loader cylinders, possibly bending or even pulling them out of their tubes. Is this correct?

  • @EverythingAttachments

    It's called a Root Rake Grapple and we do have the perfect one for 40hp machines. The dozer-like tine geometry of the rake style promotes a tractor's ability to push the tines through the ground with ease.www.everythingattachments.com/60-Inch-Wicked-Root-Rake-Grapple-p/eta-60-wrrg.htm

    From what I could see, Peanut did just about everything he could do and what an inexperienced operator could/would do to destroy this grapple. What damage resulted from his work? What changes did you make to the prototype? If it went into production, what is it's designated model number?

  • @EverythingAttachments

    @EverythingAttachments

    Yes, that was Ted, and he tried his best to cause failure!! The only thing he managed to do was bend one of the bolted in supports for the lower tines by ramming, with speed, into a pine tree. Since then, we've replaced those supports with thick DOM round tubing, which would NOT have bent!! #ConstantImprovement Thanks for watching!!

    The tractor we used to test this ultra light grapple with is our Kubota L6060(60 horsepower). The grapple is rated for compact tractors under 40 horsepower, and we also make grapples for larger machines. Feel free to email sales@everythingattachments.com for assistance with picking the perfect grapple for your tractor!

    Ted what is the difference in a L6060 and a M6060 ?

  • @EverythingAttachments

    @EverythingAttachments

    7 жыл бұрын

    In a nutshell, the L6060 is Kubota's largest compact tractor and the M6060 is their smallest utility tractor. The L is more compact, lower to the ground and lighter than the M. It is also available with a hydrostatic transmission, which is nice for loader work and landscaping applications.

    I think not. At time 44:40 one can see that the bottom piece on the right is bent and so is the 3rd one over. Probably wouldn't last a month in the real world.

    Thanks for watching! At the end of the video, he mentions that the bolted in, removable and replaceable runner actually stretched when he squarely hit that pine tree at the center point of the runner. If that's all the damage a 60HP tractor could do to it during the punishment, I think it's pretty safe to say the grapple should lead a long, successful life aboard 40hp and below tractors as recommended. For those who need heavier, we just released this 55 grapple's slightly larger, juiced up big brother, the Wicked 60. It is still only 400 pounds to preserve a larger compact tractor's lift capacity and the 3/8" AR400 construction is better suited for the L6060 in this video. Check it out here www.everythingattachments.com/60-Inch-Wicked-Root-Rake-Grapple-p/eta-60-wrrg.htm

    It blows away the Land Pride grapple in SOOO many ways...design, materials, greasable pivot points, serrated teeth for gripping, more tine support, stronger cylinder attachment points, stronger quick attach, more feedback, more pics, more videos. The list goes on and on. We do accept all major credit cards. Thanks for watching and commenting!

    Yeah, he bent one of those bolted in runners by ramming it into a pine tree with speed. Those bolted runners were replaced with thick wall DOM round tubing a few years back, which has zero chance of bending. Thanks for watching and commenting!
