Just tried the beta version. Excellent update. The tracking on the parent task is great as is the filtering.

If we convert a node to a task then wouldn’t pressing Return or Tab to create a sibling or child node automatically include the checkbox before the text? That way we don’t have to select or multi-select all the time to covert nodes to tasks.

I tried a lot of task management with mind maps, but it didn't work. It isn't happening. Shortcomings: 1- No reminder 2- There are no routines 3- There is no calendar. 4- Quests do not disappear after completion 5- It is impossible to put tasks in different folders. I could write more but it doesn't make any sense. Unfortunately, mind map applications cannot improve themselves in this regard. However, this is an opportunity for them. I wish you could do a strategic planning. I've looked at around 200 apps. I have experience in this. I can be of assistance. But what I see is that programmers and companies are very reluctant about it. Yet it is an excellent opportunity. Because there is a gap in the market.

Any plans to make an additional KZread video showcasing how you can convert an org chart into a makeshift kanban board in conjunction with this task tracker feature? Flexible floating topics could even act as makeshift kanban cards.

Xmind on its website says it's a full-featured brainstorming app. Sticky notes are synonymous with brainstorming. Any plans to introduce a sticky note feature?

which version supports the task function? Version 23.07 (180256) does not have the feature.

Although I have downloaded lastest version already, i haven’t got this feature too And, does feature “gantt chart” in old version exist ? - how about Task info view ?

@@thienhuy5738 Hi there! The task feature is currently available in beta version and for Pro members only. So, make sure you have the correct version before using it. Xmind 2023 and Xmind 2022 do not support the Gantt Chart feature. If you prefer to use this feature, you can download the previous version of Xmind. Any plans to change the ability to create a new sheet in Xmind into create a new board or canvas?

The task tracker feature is only the beginning right? Not the end? You have a 5pm meditation class on Wednesday shown as an example in the video- so time and date reminders are potentially coming in the future?
