Remove the cup and empty the blood into the toilet. Then, rinse it out with clean water, and use a mild, oil-free, fragrance-free soap to give it a quick clean. Once it's clean, you can reinsert the cup.

I buy sirona brand about 3 months ago.. large size coz im already 36 i gave birth through CS.. I practice inserting it for the first time, it hurts a lot, i tried so many folds but non of them works for me.. I tried and tried, for 2nd,3rd,4th,5th day, im so frustrated it took me half an hour in the bathroom every time i try to insert it, until i stopped.i literally stop, when my period came i didnt use it, i think it too big for me, i need to buy a smaller size.. Until the 3rd month after i bought this i decided to use it, this time i have a period... I relax myself, take a deep breath and inserted it using a punch down fold and its, viola! Perfect insertion. I have a heavy flow so every 1-2 hours i check it.. It's normal for beginner cup users to think their menstrual cup is stuck. The good news is, you can't get a cup stuck & remember to relax, try different folding techniques, and adjust the cup's position as needed. Assisting the cups opening with your fingers and using a water-based lubricant can also be helpful.

Depends on ur flow. For example in first 3 days i change it after every 4-7 hours. And from 4th till 7th day i change it like twice a day. After waking up and before sleeping

I used only once in my period and the cup went so much inside and it was so painful to pull it out. Now i have fear to use it again

U need to break the suction first and then take it out, this way it will very easily come out. For breaking the suction u need to insert a finger inside and slightly push the cup away from the va*ginal walls. The suction will break.

Before re-inserting how to wash it? Please tell

To place it a bit higher, try inserting it while leaning forwards, and think about inserting it so that it is pointing forwards instead of upwards. Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find a way to insert it that works best for your body, so be patient with yourself if you don’t get it perfect right away.

Pads are way more unhygienic, u literally sit in ur blood its so ew. This isnt unhygienic at all, u wash it properly then insert.
