I just got one a couple days ago. For me and my Dad. Right out of the box he hated it. To many parts and is complicated. I’m returning it. I used mine and liked it. The basic head. To shave and trim my beard. Worked out well. Didn’t irritate my skin.

I brought this one yesterday it’s nice

Thanks for the video man. The original how to video from the manufacturer are cringe. They're trying to show you how easy it is to connect, but don't tell you exactly where to insert rather than just a side view. Which hides the connection.
