I have a few already but I will definitely make more. Check out my Moog playlist for some more! kzread.info/head/PLqiu8IlfJZe0X7vI617STw8mfbouHEc-J Anything in particular you wanna see?
I’m not sure this release problem depends on sequence legato, I think this is because of OUTPUT KB RLS switch. But better try by my own
Thank you Mr.P! Your instructional style is clear and concise.

How do you like the Grandmother? I'm thinking of buying one.

When I put an arp on random ran through an amp it fools people into thinking it's a live bass player. One thing you won't hear...it's really organic and swings and has feel. I've never really liked most of that stuff but it has that dusty old real feel of a metronome on an old organ but more sophisticated. I want the whole set up, I've got the Dfam, together with my guitar it's a power trio, I can overdub and use it for synth leads and weird sounds...you have to set it up and it has a couple weird hang ups you need to learn at first but in retrospect it was easy. Much easier than anything I've bought in years. I love it personally, like a person. It sounds fucking cool as hell. But now I want another dfam, a subharmonicon, a mother 32, and the matriarch. Then maybe expand into a little bit of eurorack if I live that long. But if I had to own just one thing out of it all it would be that. It's a real instrument, and one of the best I've owned. That's what! Heh.

I own a Sound Studio 3 and am just getting into synths. I also own the Mavis by Moog and my next investment will probably be either the Grandmother or Matriarch. I also just got a Keystep 37 by Arturia. There's so much to learn, but now that I'm retired I have plenty of time.

Short answer: highly recommended. If you’re looking to save money and also want a smaller form factor then the Grandmother is the better choice, however if you can, I’d go for the Matriarch as you have tons more options but it is bigger and costs more.

Thanks for the response. Maybe I should get both the Grandmother and Matriarch, I can afford it. Right now I'm waiting for NAMM to see if Moog has anything new coming out. Thanks for responding!

@@eugenelayton5231 no prob! I have both and it’s well worth it. They each have their own place in the synth world. Either are by far one of the best synths you can buy.
