Affirming duality ( law of polarity ) will keep us stuck in our egos. Dark and light is not true. In a higher sense there is only light and degrees of not light. There is only Love. I from myself from the concern of work and money and gave it to god the universe. I dont have the world, but i am well taken care of every since i stopped worrying about it, its the greatest feeling in the world. I believe in what Jesus said when he told the rich man to give up all he had and to follow him. Now this story is a fable but has great deep principles behind it. Im not talking about being a christian, being religious or going to church. Just have faith and believe that u are loved and taken care of. Raise that frequency of yours like the video suggests only start focusing on the positive aspects of your life and be grateful for what u have. Most of our struggle is mental but we must practice discipline of our minds this is not so east at first and i still struggle. But once u know the truth, there is no going back

You are literally the center of the visible universe..... But so am I, and my wife is the center of the visible universe. Every conscious mind is. Because of how light works. This is both the problem and the solution....
There is no such thing as stopped. Because of relativity.. if something stopped moving a speed of zero. All of time would happen all at once.... The whole rest of the universe would immediately decayinto nothingness.. its literally impossible. And why we cant go backwards in time.. though worm holes, and jumping to hyperluninal speeds without the process of speeding up might still be possible. To slow down to a negative speed would requior passing beyond the 0 speed into the past. And again all of time would happen all at once.. but if you could jump to a negative speed....
