I am leaning toward the Charge 5 so far, at first i thought it might be too big for my wrist and thought the Luxe would look best on my wrist, but the 5 has more features and the screen might be easier to read. I hate the update. Can’t follow you on the older version. I don’t know what I did, but I got to the clock face change. You’re very articulate. The beginning navigation on Fitbit was helpful. I also don’t like the original charger so the charger you showed was helpful and the UV cleaner- helpful. I still like the older version to navigate the app. All devices and computers love their frickin updates that changes navigation. I wish the geeker s would leave well enough alone. My rant for the day. Thank you for your time and presentation 🎉cheers

How to restart time

what if I had already had a fitbit account, it tells me email already used, I How do I retrieve my old info

My charge 5 stopped swiping left or right only scrolls up and down Ive tried restarting under settings and with charger but no luck Ive also tried changing the clock face several times Any ideas on how to try and correct this fault??

I get to where it says Fount it! but at the bottom it keeps saying connecting.

You didn't go over how to turn on and off certain functions (ie Health Assessments).

I still don't know what the symbols mean. I didn't pay for this, a health group sent it to me in exchange for my agreeing to let them have my readings. Some of the symbols are obvious, not the chevrons. I occasionally get the Fitbit pulsing, then congratulating me--- I have no clue why.

My husband wears the fitbit 5 so I can monitor his heart rate, Is there a way I can see his bpm when I am not home and away from the fitbit ?

I am particularly disappointed with achieving my 250 hourly steps on my Fitbit charge 5 then seeing it marked as not achieved on my phone. Occasionally, what the Fitbit on my phone records as achieved, later shows unachieved!

Stop promoting charge 5. Screen will stuck at logo page for the rest of the lifespam.

One of the worst transitions I've seen in 30 years of IT development. 1. Removed Fitbit charge level icon. 2. The user has no control over which activity is at the top of the four. 3. The spacing and size of the app is too large takes too long to get to the items on the bottom. 4. Google is taking control of too many items. I use them for a few things but not all of the computing I do.

Worst instruction video ever ! Says he's starting at the beginning, he starts with the watch ON ! Doesn't explain the basics or even to get the power on the watch. Not beginners or the beginning at all

He literally shows you that you have to put on the charger to activate it. It has to be seated on charger in order to wake it up.
