Honestly I learned more than I though I would. Even though these commands are hard, the video goes straightforward to the main topics and makes it understandable without wasting much time like others do. This video deserves more views and likes.

how do i use in dimension? cuz i wanna make it so that the command only runs if a specific player is in one of the 3 dimensions (example, if the player is in the end /kill the player or something)

I tried to do the command: /execute at @e[hasitem={item=allay_spawn_egg}] run execute if block ~~~ water run effect @s strength 1 3 true and it doesnt work. Basically I'm trying to make it so that whenever someone has an allay spawn egg and is in water they get strength. Please help.

I am trying to do it so it makes sure that someone has a certain score on a scoreboard and if they do then remove 10000 score (for a vip area) my command looks like /execute if score @p Money matches ! 10000 run scoreboard players remove @p Money 10000 and then it says Execute subcommand if score test failed

I dont know if this fits in the category But im trying to do a command where if you are low enough in the coordinates certain effects will happen like blindness And if you use a certain equipment then it cancels the command block giving you light Also with this i kinda need the same command but with oxigen bubbles , the deeper you go the more you waste oxigen , and certain equipments give you respiration enchantment effect ... its hard but im trying for a couple days now and cant get it right 😂

MCPE, i was trying to make 2D Mario, but execute bugs when multiplayer. code is this /execute at @a as @a run /camera @s set minecraft:free pos ~13 ~ ~ facing @s when other player joins, all players' cameras set to the newest player's position +13, but facing themselves works well. i think position ~~~ is not working well but i dont know how to change it. i think i have to add score x y z and get it, but i dont know that too.

Yes, there's a command called /fill which I have talked about in another video

The [r=3] only work on repeat(unconditional) why Edit:it works in impulse too but only once What i wanted is to work every time player gets close but only once a time is there a way to fix it

It MIGHT work if you put only the "/execute if entity @p[r=3]" in a repeat command block and then a comparator with the two sticks next to one of the block's sides and then the one stick to a impulsive command block that summons the fangs. That way you always check for the player (repeat block) and then do the summoning in the impulsive one so it happens once. Hopefully it helps or eaven works at all 😂

Yes a repeat block will with a repeater or comparitors tied to a impulse will only go once because the repeating command once activated once keeps on but it depends on what you want some because there is downsides to this

why does fill command never worked? I prefer the old execute the new execute is BS /execute as (my gamertag) run fill ~10 ~10 ~10 ~-10 ~-10 ~-10 air replace lit_pumpkin

can anybody help me? In the past I used the command: /execute @e [type=pig] ~~~ detect ~~-1~ grass 1 clone ~~~ ~~~ ~~~ masked with this I cloned the personalized trees I made and thus I built a forest by cloning the tree using the specific mob, in this case when I placed the pig in the grass a tree appeared in its place. But now this command no longer exists because Mojang changed /execute. I wanted a new execute command that serves the same purpose. Anybody know?

what is the point of /execute as?? Why do /execute as @p run /give @s when you can just put /give @p???

the only difference is the use of @s, @s means self while @p means nearest player to where the command is executed. if you were in a world with many people the command block would give the item to the nearest player to the command block, but if you execute as or on another player it will give to the nearest player to that player (which would be that player themself) but if two players are ever on the same coordinate it might get complicated so as and @s are more practical there

Weird, it should work. Try checking that you've put it in the same as the video, for example: /execute if entity @p[r=3] run kill @p

It works [r=3] Means radius of 3 so if u stand 3 blocks or closer it will activate the command so it means u probably put it in wrong

Sadly I can't do it manually. KZread adds chapters on bigger videos that have a distinct cut between two topics, so while I wish I could, I sadly can't do it

Yep But i keep trying eventually it worked! But i had another command that will need if cmd to work But didn’t work after trying a while (idk i didn’t change a single thing except mess around) it worked Ig its still experimental in mcbedrock thats why it works sometimes

The run is put after the condition right before the command you want to run
