Carlo, that's actually my body, the R6. Thinking about getting this lens. I do a lot of talking head videos in a room 11x11 so this would actually open it up a bit. There's just something about a 24mm that can stop all the way down at f/1.4. That look is insanely beautiful. I might just get it! Excellent pics, btw.

If you can afford the r6 get it!! It’s Amazing although the rp is still great and much cheaper. 80% or my photos on my instagram is with the rp. 35mm art works great

How is the ibis with this lens ? What is the slowest shutter possible. How is the balance overall. Is the lens too front heavy ? I rushed through the video as normally I find some good info in the comments but I did not see these questions. I had this lens with my 6DMk2 and miss it on the R6. Thinking of picking up a used one until equivalent RF version comes up although it might cost an arm and a leg.

@@Promikes EF lenses work on both types of Canon DSLR; full frame and crop sensor cameras. Just need to buy a EF adapter. The auto focus is awesome dude! No problem

So I saw you say rp is better for the value. I have an Rp and was thinking of upgrading are you suggesting someone shouldn’t upgrade if they have the Rp

There is no wrong camera for anyone but there is a right one for the right photographer me personally the upgrade to R6 is better auto focus and video! But better pricey I’d recommend going to the R depending on what your work is for!

im planing to upgrade to eos r6 but i have a lot of sigma art lenses and i want to stick with sigma art lens.. did u have problems with the compatibility of the sigma art lenses to the eos r? or its pretty much the same using it on a regular full frame canons?

Honestly there is no problem with using the sigma art lenses for any of the R range! From the rp to the r5/6 it’s all good! No dramas

Hey there, Could you help me out with one question, I would like to know if is true that The Sigma 35mm 1.4 Art EF the AF is only used within the area of approximately 80% of the height and 80% of the width of the sensor surface ? As R6 are 100% Height and 100% width, there is this 20% less Of AF area, does it happens with your 24mm 1.4 art ? Nice video mate, great quality pic and workflow !

Hey man! That sounds right only 80% but I use the 35 and 24 with only around 80% AF and still get amazing quality shots!

I just got the Sigma 24mm and upgraded from the 80D to R6 so, I’m excited! Haven’t used either yet so I can’t wait to do so! Photos look great! Any recommendation for any other EF lenses that would be great for the R6? I currently own the Sigma 18-35, which I know won’t be of much use :-/ Canon 85 1.8, 70-200mm f/4 and Yonguno 50mm 1.8. I know those will work but I wonder how good. Let me know what you think. Should I also invest in an RF lens?

Just don't get it, i see so many people shooting R6 with Sigma ART lenses, but they are all EF, which means that you can use them in crop mode only, or i wrong? And how about autofocus in video with this lense mate? I am buying R6 and love Sigma, but i am waiting for RF mount Sigma ART lenses, when they will appear)
