Cold Brew coffee using the BrewJar Cold Brew unit is as easy as it should be. This handy cold brew option was designed by the team who brought you the Dripster. They now offer a much more convenient and simplistic way to getting the same results in a jar.
What makes the BrewJar so good is the custom made two-layer stainless metal filter. It holds upwards of 150g of ground coffee and sits perfectly in the jar, making a tight seal with the lid in order to ensure the cleanest grinds-free cold brew. Cold Brew coffee makes a great choice in many drinks and you can drink it all year round for that convenient drink straight out of the fridge. Cold Brew Coffee is well known for being less bitter than hot brewed coffee and is usually sweeter for that fact.
BrewJar Cold Brew Instructions:
Grind coffee coarse
Undo lid and remove filter
Fill up water in to glass vessel
Place ground coffee into the filter and slowly submerge
Place lid on and create a tight seal
Gently roll container around to get all grounds wet
Place in the fridge for a few hours to brew
When time is up and you’re ready, remove from fridge, take out the filter and ENJOY!
Make Cold Brew concentrate for delicious Iced Latte or Espresso Martinis or drink it straight over ice.

Thanks for the videos. I've never tried cold brewing at home. But this one has sold me. I just logged in and bought one. Looking forward to trying it next week when it arrives. Cheers!

yeah that's so true!
I've had this cold brewer for a year now. It is a solid cold brewer, remember though you will get some sediment regardless of how coarse you grind your coffee beans. I've found 10gm beans per 100ml of water is usually a good mix.

Thanks bro 👌
Is the version in the video the 1.5L or 1L? What do you recommend for mL/g of beans for consistency across the two options? I have 2 of these 1.5L on order from you to use for the iKegger nitro brew keg. Thanks!

hi Doug! That was the 1.5L version I used. A reliable ratio for cold brewing is 100mL/10g 👌
How is this different from the delter cold brew thingy? I understand that one's drip and the other is immersion but how does it impact taste and strength? From what I read, the delter makes a batch of cold brew in a much shorter time than this jar (I think it was 4 vs min of 8 hours for the jar). Won't it affect the strength and taste?

Immersion brewing is more of a concentrate -far stringer in flavour. Drip Brewing is still a strong brew but is generally drunk straight or with less dilution of other liquids.
Are you still selling these? I don’t see it on your website

we are not sorry :( Not really anything similar I could point to either
Why does it cost so much?
