How to use the 5-wheel pastry cutter to cut baklava.

When I make baklava , it seems that I have to think about how to cut it every time. I tried to use the 5-wheel pastry cutter for the first time. Please let me know in the comments below of what you think or if you have a better tool for cutting baklava other than the knife. Thank you!
