It goes to show how we don't necessarily need more or less light but rather we need to manipulate and shape the light to work for us

Good tips -I usually put the reflector at eye level or above so it's more natural as fill and blinds the talent less.

Thanks, Great job on the video. Also, like 99% of online lighting tutorials, you show how to light a person standing or sitting still. In most serranoes in video the person and or camera is moving. Why not do something different and show how to light for movement?

basically , we see colour reflections of costumes , how to get rid off
