Thank you for the video! Remember that when you place your .bin file in the game folder, after the script has done, they will be gone, so maybe it’s better to copy instead of move in case something goes wrong

Love the upscaling. Got SOTN, Castlevania Chronicles and Legacy of Kain Blood Omen working great! Booted Battle Arena Toshinden and it runs fast with no sound. Hope Sony tune it better for more compatibility.

For those having problems with the names on PS1 games, you may need to install the framework. I think its an option on the main menu and it takes you to a site to download it. It worked for me :)

Damn a PSP emulator with rewind function that awesome though I hope they can port the native ppsspp emulator on the PS4.

I port 4disk game fear effect ps1 on jailbreak by this method but after I finished first disk and it appears on screen switch to disk 2 I will change disk by this method but in not resume game and I start the game from beginning What should I do? I really want to finish this game

I have just done Silent Hill works fine, as someone else stated at the side of the icon it says markus95 any way to change that. Thanks for the video. When I try and install another pkg I get a message saying the same content is already installed.

High res sure, but at what cost? I can see graphics glitches galore in that CTR footage. The older emulator with the "not great quality" was actually running better without frame pacing issues and without graphics glitches.

No. If Sony could've done it they would. The arhitecture is just too different and ps4 doesnt have enough computing power to run them

Thanks for the tutorial, but it seems up to four multiple discs are only supported. I've tried "Car and Driver Presents - Grand Tour Racing '98 [NTSC-U] [SLUS-00494]" which has 7 (seven) discs and upto only four discs are converted. Help pls.....

Anybody know the fix to activate your real psn id using the ps4 activator tool? The issue me and a few others were having is that once you select 'get users' the ps4 crashes and restarts, same thing with the activator tool. thanks

If your Vita is modded, you can install Adrenaline which is an official PSP emulator that's built into Vita. You would then convert your PS1 games and install them and play them. I think there is a homebrew too that let's you create bubbles on your main menu of Vita to launch your games quicker.

@@billaking5925 you cannot unless you changed the battery manually but on the 9 it's ok for gta 5 and red change the time It's best to set the time and let the ps4 pluged

Sony fixed the cbomb issue in 9.00. If your cmos battery has died then the internal clock will reset after every reboot but your games should still work. If it's bothering you that much then you could open up the console and replace the cmos battery.

I tried playing MediEvil 2 on the old retroarch emulator and it wouldn't work correctly because MediEvil 2 was one of the first games on PS1 to use the right stick separately for moving the camera and I couldn't play it properly because I couldn't control the camera. Can anyone offer advice? Edit: Will I have this problem with this new emulator

With the psx 2 ps4 it is built into the emulator so just install your pkg and start it up then press options on your controller and settings

@@majic26 thanks for the answer but I'm sorry It's not what I meant, I got a couple of fpkg from reddit that when you select stretch in the PS4 emulator options, you don't actually get the game stretched but instead you get real 16/9 aspect ratio, some how they were able to patch this games and im still trying to figure it out how

Weird question and I'm not sure where else to ask, but I have a 9.0 jailbroken PS4. My disk drive is broken and I've been trying to play my copy of Kingdom Hearts but it won't read the disk. Is there any way I can take my disk, rip files off of it, and then install it on my PS4? Or is there a way with a Jailbroken PS4 to play the game without the disk? I have it downloaded on my PS4, I just cant run it

You need to run the game in order to dump the files so that's not really an option. Best thing to do is download a fpkg version of the game and you can run it on your Jailbroken PS4. I cover the install process in this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k36hqbWgpdu_c8Y.html
