As a ui designer it pains me to see that such a popular app requires such an intensive research team to figure out how this app works or to be absolutely sure that they aren't missing any important feature. This is a failed aspect of the app in becoming more user friendly.

You’re not too old nor are you stupid, Snapchat is a complicated app to navigate through. I made one a few years ago and never used it for that exact reason and only recently created a new account for business purposes. Hence, why I’m here.
