I have 5 dashes "-"(instead of space) in a string..how will "find" 4th or fifth dash. Here it is described upto 2nd space ..

I want to know how to to use "Left" Function with uppercase letters?

Same function (Uppercase, lowercase, Proper Case) No need any changes

Do you have to take out the word from the left and convert it to upper case?
