Almost got him as a 6* & it gave me titania instead, & the very first 6* I opened I almost got doom but it gave me dr strange instead, & I’ll always be salty about that lol

It's a "pause" icon. When the opponent loses a bar of power (from wither debuffs), it pauses all the trauma and wither debuffs for 10 seconds.

“Slow” DOES NOT bypass “miss”. It affects evade & unstoppable only. Quicksilver “cannot miss” at 300+ momentum in addition to applying slow. This is similar to HT’s heat charges at 10+.

Can anyone ne provide the best rotation for Quicksilver for Quick fights(damage over time debuff nodes) against High Health pool?

Your mastery is very weak. Even a r3 6* with low prestige should be around 13,800
