Good to mention that in Warsaw ecerywhere in city limits is zone 1. Zone 2 is outside that, but also covered by the city tranaport company.

yes tama po di na po need i tap sa sunod na ride as long as valid po ang ticket nyo. However po ang Zone 1 and Zone 2 depende po sa binili nyong ticket. www.wtp.waw.pl/en/ticket-tariff/long-term-tickets/

Hello you need to tap the card in the validator at your very first use to activate it. then after it no need to tap in the bus as long as there is a valid ticket in it. But for Metro, you need to tap it everytime in the entrace of the station.

yes, it is the same for both bus and tram, you only need to tap it at first to activate the card. After that you dont need to tap it everytime as long as the card has valid ticket. Just make sure to bring it always. If there are inspector you have to tap it in their machine. ( i assume you have ticket that is for long term)

It is easy however some landlords requires polish speakers tenants. But there are lots of rental properties here so definitely you can find one :) .
