You're the reason I bought this automatic feeder, thank you for reviewing it. I am very happy with my purchase, it was easy to set up, unlike other feeders. My cat is a little unsure of it but hey, he needs to chill and get with the program.

I bought this to feed our two cats while we are on vacation. First of all there are no decent directions in the manual to connect this thing up to the network. I had to call their technical support to navigate to the feeding schedule to set it up. I thought I had it, but the next morning I got a message that the reservoir was empty, when in fact it was still full. Now, as for the feeding schedule, the max amount you can select is 2/5 of a cup. I’m feeding two cats and they each eat 1 1/3 cups a day. Ok, so I’ll set the feeding schedule for more feeding dispenses. I got a message that I’ve asked for too much. Anyway, the next day it quit dispensing, so I tried to go in to see what was wrong, and when I tried to get to the feeding schedule the app said it couldn’t find any device. I’m boxing it up to send it back to Amazon.

I believe it does on the app from what I remember.

Hei man I have a problem using this device and maybe you can help me out. The problem is that after I installed the application and configured the feeder it works normally for some time but then it says that the feeder is offline and I have to do the configuration from 0. That's a problem because I have to leave home for a couple of days and if the feeder loses connection to my house wifi then I can't go back home and configure it again. Do you know what can I do to find a solution?

I would suggest to contact the brand for help. I also experience a similar issue where the configuration are off sometimes when it dispense food out at wrong times.

How do you switch off this annoying beep sound?

Need wifi to use it ? when you went out

When you are guiding people how to use the app, please make sure you adjust the lighting so we can actually see what you are tapping on the screen. Also, describe what you app on rather than saying "tap here" as we can't see what you are doing

This product is horrible, I've bought one and spent days trying to setup the app, it keeps giving me configuration errors, and wifi errors, after contacting customer service they told me it will take a while to get a resolution so I need to be patient, and they never contacted me back. I've tried on several different routers even none 5ghz ones

Can you review the white version variant?

Yes you should be able to use it anywhere as long as the device is connected to the home wifi.

Wet food I dont think so? But Dry should be fine.
