This is great tutorial, it’s just amazing how much passion you put on to this replica model. Even the rigging details helps it making more functional. I do have one interesting question in regards to the rig, since the hair is particle hair. How does it interact with the bone without making hair distortions? Especially with the mustache and main hair

The hair uses the new blender hair curves system, and they will deform with the bones, giving you a lot of control over animating it
