Why does it take a while for insurances to send a letter letting me know if I can have braces or not. I might have to have oral surgery from top teeth being compacted like hard as a rock and maybe bottoms because I am 14 and I just have most of my babyteeth still so they will do they I think then expose the grown up teeth and put braces on? Does that sound correct.
