I use Revlon professional uniq one, two sprays into palm and apply before drying your hair with fan, not too expensive either

Just try not getting your hair cut for a year. Get your hair cut short in January, and try to take a picture every month to monitor your hair length growth. For me, from short "military cut" hair style to this can take somewhere about 4-6 months.
