Most dermatologists said the white stuffs on the patch after 6 hours are just hydrated hydrocholloid due to the moisture trapped in the patch, not gunk or white heads, not sure who to believe but I don't think everyone has so much gunk on their noses

Even though you don’t recommend it for cysts, it seems to have shrunken down some of mine.

This comment is old, so I hope you’ve found success with Accutane. I would probably recommend bigger patches for all over breakouts, these are tiny and not very cost effective for very broken out skin.

Should I use my moisturizer before or after I apply? Also, is it ok if I spread a thin layer of acne cream with a clean Q-Tip on the pimple before applying the patch?

Cleanse your face then apply the patch on the pimple right away. You can moisturize after putting on the patch. I would recommend not putting any cream or anything on it before applying the patch.

Take them off when you shower or wash your face

TOUCH HER FACE WAY TO MUCH

Everytime I peel mine off the sheet, it has a raised/scrunched part from where my finger peeled it and it doesn’t flatten out on my face 🥲

lol they do work quite well but this video doesnt do them justice. it only works on whiteheads and already popped pimples. Wear them for 6-8 hours. And some pimples do require 2 applications. I had a huge pimple that I had to retreat with a second patch for 12 hours total to remove everything that was inside.

​@@user-ue3pl2gf4oI was struggling too until I realized I was trying to peel them backwards. Try flipping the sheet and trying to peel if you're struggling.
