I just record on my iPhone in 4k to allow zooming in edit and export at 1080p

If you are doing a Training on a Teams Meeting; How can one send a notification to the participants that it is the end of a session? (|Ring a Bell for instance)

No, not necessarily, you can schedule meetings directly from Teams. But if you have a Microsoft365 subscription then you will have Outlook anyway

I heard that TEAMS had an upgrade planned in February 2022. Can you provide an update?

Hi Sue, MS are releasing new features all the time and, due to the way they roll out, different companies will get these at different times. What upgrade specifically were you interested in?

I am the President of a neighborhood civic association. I don't see a video on how I can provide a link to a Microsoft Teams video conference, to any and everyone in the neighborhood. I really don't need all the different ways to communicate with "team" members. I just want to be able to send out emails with a link to a Microsoft Teams video conference I have scheduled. Is this software intended to facilitate video conferences with the general public?

Hi Roy, yes this is the first part of the video - you can email a Teams link to anyone to join your meeting. Assuming you already pay for Teams then you can use Outlook to send the emails or you can add them into the meeting from the calendar section of Teams. The recipient just needs either a computer with a web browser or the Teams app if on mobile.
