First time Mac user here! Always been a massive PC guy for sound production and my office work and such. Moving over to a MacBook Pro rather than a Windows laptop for doing office work and little music bits and pieces on the go has been a little scary but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. Just in love with how smooth everything runs and how it's so in sync with my iPhone and everything! Thanks so much for this video. I absolutely love the trackpad, what a smart bit of kit! AFAIK, the trackpad of the 16" Macbook Pro is the biggest ever used on a laptop. I don't know anything of the old 17" Macbook, maybe it had a bigger trackpad...

What an amazing teaching video. I’m a life-long Windows PC user and will be switching to the Mac with the purchase of the MacBook Air in a few days. I’m loving stuff like you’re doing. I will definitely be subscribing and following along with you. If I could suggest something. I don’t know if you’ve done this yet. Could you do a video like this but with emphasis on users coming from the Windows PC Camp? For example: file and folder structure in Mac OS. Where do files and folders live in the Mac OS system. How to move, use, delete, create files. Moving files from phones, iPad, windows tablets, cameras etc to the MacBook? That’s a lot right there.... let the Journey Begin!!!!!

I too am moving from Windows PC to MAC . How do I create a file/ folder and where in MAC. How to move, use, delete etc.

I remember my internship at IBM Philippines, at the office most of my supervisor use a mac os and windows and as a college student back in the days i grew up using windows base laptop then i also enjoy mac os fluidity and seamless OS

Especially I have had problems to connect my external devices (UR22 audio interface with microphone) to my computer. Sometimes Mac identifies those devices and on the next day doesn't... I'm quite sure that I just can not do everything what is demanded.

Nice video and helpful for Macbook beginner users. In the video, zooming in and out is not so good. I think in some parts the screen display is large enough so there is no need to zoom in to show the. details. Somehow 15 minutes into the video, I am having a headachel. Just a suggestion.

Macs don't use the concept of drive letters. Just like Windows where you have your user folder (C:\users\YourName\Documents), you have a similar thing on macOS: /user/UserName/Documents.
