Ive just had litematica installed for a while not being able to use it because I had now clue how, thanks for the tutorial!

For those of you using curse forge, don’t open schematics directly, open curseforge folder, then worlds, (your world), THEN you can press schematics to enter them.

To hide the selection box hold M and press R, to toggle all rendering. This doesn't delete the selection box, but does hide it. Just remember to turn it back on next time you need it.

3:43 If you don't have the ability to search via your taskbar, you can just type it into the bar in the Windows Explorer window where the file directory is shown. For example, if you're looking at your Documents folder, just click where that's shown at the top, then type in %appdata%, then press Enter/Return to immediately be sent to the folder.

great tutorial, i saw people use this mod but was wondering how it worked and this explained it. im already used to world edit and this just seems like the world edit copy/paste with a menu and saveable items instead of commands so easy, but i would like to recommend lowering the background volume as i found it quite distracting sometimes. no hate though idk i might be one of the few people that noticed it or felt like that

You can toggle the visuability of the selection box with M + G and toggle the visuability of the text in the left bottom with M + R

how do you change your layer mode? i tried making an iron farm where i dig a bit in to the ground, note: i think it has to do with the fact i made it on a superflat world. if im wrong how do i fix this?

Is it possible to set it so that it only shows the next block that can be placed? While render layers shows the entire layer, if it could only show the block next to the face of an existing one, would be neat. But I can’t find that as an option anywhere.

how do you upload a schematic that its on a folder? I downloaded some but they alwasy come in folders and if i put the folder on the schematics folder nothing shows up when i load the game

there is a way to replace one block in the schematic for another like a farm that uses polished stone but I only have stone is there a way to replace it
