Mine 3 Star windfree AC. Freeze wash technology will work in 3 star AC?
Do I have to close the windows & doors of the room to perform freeze wash??
I recently bought a 4star Windfree AC. Is this feature available in 4 star Windfree model also?

Turn off the unit and then press option and then the wash feature will be there righ to the clean option .
This is option is not working for me. I've a 1.5 ton Windfree 2022 model. May i have someone help on this regard to ensure I get this technology up and running in my AC unit

Only 5 star wondered ac
@Nikk Mewada @Syed Lareb It is working. Option is available only in 2022 models 1.5 and 2 ton only not in 1 ton. First of all turn on electricity switch and follow the process mentioned in video. Took 30 minutes to complete. You can see progress from 1-100% in display.

I have 2022 model 1.5 ton 3 star. I tried these steps my ac is off, and wash function does not start when i choose it from options but my auto clean function is working in the same condition. My ac also doens't show power usage maybe there is an issue with the ac

@@kavyakhatri i asked the Samsung technicians in my locality and they told me that 3 stars model dont have those functions. Only 4 star and above have freeze wash and power usage

@@kavyakhatri they also told me that it have but it did not have those functions. I requested service technicians to come and check my ac for this. They told me 3 stars don't have that functions.

Useless function does not work
Samsung provides Most bakwas AC available in market. No left right swing, cooling time is too much, even 5 star AC comsumes a heavy amount of electricity, remote can not be use in night as no display LED in remote- dont know designed this UI. Apart from this, is a most costly AC available in market. Don't buy ever a Samsung AC.

Exactly.. Cooling time is very high & no led lights on the remote is a big issue for me as well...
