I can't drag and drop on the mobile app, is there another way to do this on the app?

Does it work with video files as well? I know it works with pictures and photos, but videos? I kinda feel like doing a channel trailer that consist of some video previews.

If i use the frame for a Graduation Template will they be able to go to Canva and just upload there picture and put it in the Template. thanks

Go to position, in that 2 options are there..go to layers and you can arrange

ive been using canva for over a year pro and i use frames all the time but for some reason could not get it to work right it was always a mystery ( im from the 70's) anyways thanks again for opening up new worlds for me

When I drag and drop I notice that there is a outline of rectangle in black an white under my mouse cursor and the and the picture just sits on top of the frame

I tried to find frames in elements and it doesn’t show up.

Try searching for frames on design bar at the top left

Make sure it's not the picture you're using are not graphics but photos. Hope this helps.

I think because the person in this video uses frames quite a lot, AI seems to be taking over her designs. But you are right, adding pictures to frames isn't working for me either. It might be because we are using the free version?

What do you mean by AI taking over the designs? I do use a Pro version of Canva but frames should work in free accounts too. Some people have issues with slow internet issues but not sure why it wouldn’t work otherwise.

​@@CreateWithPennies because you use frames so often Canva automatically knows that you are going to add a picture to a frame and not just an element to add on top of the frame. It's OK, I have managed to do it now.

Save a minute. skip to 1:00 for start of tutorial. first minute is just fluff.

Not fluff... it's showing some people where to even access and add frames to a design. I can tell you are past that step but not everyone is since many true beginners watch these tutorials. Hope that helps you understand. :)
