Lag is completely separate from frame rate btw, frame rate is how smooth your gameplay is and lag is stuttering in connection to WiFi and stuff

THIS GUY IS A LEGEND

If you have a modern 144hz gaming TV then use this. If you have a normal 60hz TV it makes no sense to use this since it will not change anything. It could be 800 fps and you wont see it because your TV shows only 60.

If your fps is at 18 fps, I think you may have some other Problems

I don't know what happened but ever since last week this has not been working. I used to be just fine, now somtimes even with fps unlocker I go to 60 and my game feels so choppy, while other teams im steady averaging over 200.
